Kevin Michael Wolfe, 41, Bloomfield, and Julia Nicole Jacob, 40, Bedford, were arrested by Deputy Devan Goad and Deputy Michael Stanley, both from the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday afternoon, October 27. Both were booked into the Greene County Jail around 4:30 p.m. after warrants were issued for their arrests earlier in the day as a result of an investigation by GCSD Det. Shawn Cullison.

Det. Cullison and GCSD Deputy Terry Wade arrived at a property on East Smith Road, Bloomfield, around 12:22 p.m. last Thursday, October 22, to assist the property owner after a Writ of Ejectment was issued the day before to evict Kevin Wolfe from the property. The order said the sheriff was ordered to deliver possession of the property to the owner forthwith.

When they arrived, nobody was home and the property owner did not have a key but there was a busted window and so Det. Cullison entered through the window. Once inside, he saw evidence of illegal substances. The property was turned over to the owner.

While the deputies were still there, Wolfe arrived with Julia Jacob. The situation was explained and they were notified of a no trespassing order. Jacob asked and was allowed by the owner to retrieve her computer. Wolfe asked for his medication and the owner allowed the deputies to retrieve his medication.

After Wolfe and Jacob left, the owner asked the deputies to search the property to make sure no drugs were left there. Det. Cullison reported that during the search, they located a couple of bags of marijuana, rolling papers, a marijuana grinder, prescription bottles with pills, a digital scale with residue that field-tested positive as methamphetamine, a syringe, a dinner plate with residue, a debit card with residue that field-tested positive as methamphetamine. None of the pills that were found were controlled substances. They also fund a Ivestarms 12-gauge single shot shotgun with a live shell in the chamber.

After assisting the property owner, information was submitted to the prosecutor’s office and criminal cases were filed against both Wolfe and Jacob this week with warrants issued.

Both appeared in court yesterday morning.

Wolfe has been charged with:

  • Possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony,

  • Unlawful possession of syringe, a Level 6 felony,

  • Possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor, and

  • Possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.

Jacob has been charged with:

  • Possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony,

  • Possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor

  • Possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and

  • Unlawful possession of syringe, a Level 6 felony.

In both cases, bond was set at $14,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.
