On Saturday morning, Trooper Garvin of the Indiana State Police Bloomington District was patrolling Interstate 69 in Daviess and Greene Counties while working a special patrol named "HIDTA" (High-Intensity Drug Traffic Area) that is funded by the National Drug Council Policy. The mission of this patrol is to reduce drug availability in our communities through drug trafficking enforcement actions.
