No foul play suspected after death investigation by Jasonville Police Department

After finding a deceased male during a welfare check in Jasonville last Thursday, an autopsy was performed and today, Jasonville Police Chief Ryan Van Horn reported no foul play is suspected.

Last Thursday, May 20, officers from the Jasonville Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of South Levy Street in Jasonville for a welfare check.

During the check, officers located a deceased male, Thomas Heady, 60, inside his home.

An autopsy was conducted by Forensic Pathologist Dele Adeagbo, M.D. No foul play is suspected.

The Jasonville Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Indiana State Police and the Greene County Coroner’s Office.
