Lane closures planned for I-69 in Greene County
/The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane closures for I-69 in Greene County.
Beginning on or around Friday, July 31, crews will begin lane closures on I-69 near Bloomfield. These lane closures will occur in both directions of travel between U.S. 231 and State Road 45 over Black Ankle Creek.
Lane closures will allow for bridge deck overlay work, new approaches, and other repairs to be done. One lane of travel in both directions will remain open through the work zone. This work is expected to last through the end of November, depending on the weather. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
