Jasonville Utilities emergency line returns to normal contact number

Customers of Jasonville Utilities should once again use the city's regular utility emergency phone number after a temporary change announced last week.

On Friday, Jasonville Utilities notified residents of a temporary after-hours utility emergency phone number. City officials announced Monday that the issue has been resolved and the emergency contact number has been changed back to its normal line.

Residents experiencing an after-hours utility emergency should call (812) 798-5630 for assistance.

Officials said the correct number has been updated across all city platforms to ensure residents have access to accurate contact information during utility emergencies.

The city thanked residents for their patience and understanding during the temporary transition.
