VIGO COUNTY — On the evening of Saturday, July 14 at approximately 9:30, Indiana State Police responded to an armed robbery at the Dollar General Store at 7205 South State Road 46 in Riley.

Preliminary investigation revealed the suspect, a slender male, unknown ethnicity, approximately 5’3”, wearing a white mask with a black mustache, black baggy pants, and a gray hooded sweatshirt, entered the store, pointed a black handgun at the cashiers, and demanded money.

After receiving cash from two registers, the suspect fled south from the store with an undisclosed amount of US currency.

A lengthy search of the area by law enforcement did not yield a suspect.
