ISP: Individual identified in Sullivan County Death Investigation
/Positive Identification: The Vigo County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased male that was discovered in a vehicle on August 16, 2021, at County Road 300 North and County Road 225 East in Sullivan County. The individual has been positively identified as:
Tracy Lee Tackett (Sullivan County Coroner)
Age: 56
Sullivan, Indiana
The family has been notified.
Through the course of the investigation and analysis of all the evidence presented to crime scene investigators and detectives, the evidence shows that the subject died from a single self-inflicted gunshot wound.
