Bob Walters Linton Motors launces Cars for Cause Program

A local business has announced the launch of its new Cars for a Cause program, a monthly initiative designed to support area nonprofit organizations through fundraising and community awareness.

Each month, the Bob Walters Linton Motors will select a local nonprofit to receive donations generated through customer services, along with added exposure through in-store promotion and social media outreach. The program’s inaugural cause for January is the A.M. Risher Pool Revitalization Project.

Throughout the month of January, donations will be made based on services completed, including $5 for every oil change, $10 for every alignment, and $20 for every transmission service. Proceeds will support efforts to restore and preserve the community pool.

Organizers encourage residents to shop local and take part in the initiative to help support community projects while maintaining their vehicles.
