Wilma Marie (Workman) Edelman, age 95, of Linton, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Glenburn Home in Linton. She was born in Bloomfield, IN on October 10, 1926, the daughter of Ora Abert & Naomi Violet (Axe) Workman.

Wilma was a graduate of Switz City High School. She was a wonderful homemaker and loved taking care of her children and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed working in the yard, mowing grass and sewing.

She is survived by her loving sons, Joe (Nina Jo) Edelman of Bloomfield, Jerry (Brenda) Edelman of Bloomfield, Larry Edelman of Bloomfield, Tim (Lisa) Edelman of Spencer; daughter, Diana Fitzpatrick of Goodlettsville, TN; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Guy R. Workman and a sister, Nina M. Crowe.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Joshua Edelman; parents; son-in-law, Mac Fitzpatrick; daughter-in-law, Sue Edelman and a great grandchild, Brody Weddle.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Burial will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery in Lyons.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
