Terrie Lynn (Henderson) George, age 57, of Linton, passed away peacefully at 10:40 pm on Friday, December 25, 2020, at Union Hospital. She was born in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO on January 19, 1963, the daughter of Jerry & Mary (Bough) Henderson.

She was a 1981 graduate of Worthington High School. She enjoyed watching her 49rs play football, watching tv, traveling, cooking and drinking coffee with her friends but she especially loved spending time with her family. She also attended Linton United Methodist Church.

Terrie is survived by her loving sisters, Lori (David) Taylor of Freedom, Jodie (Jason) Brooking of Worthington and Jeanette Henderson of Worthington; nephew, Stewart Brooking; niece, Addy Taylor and beloved fur babies, Max and Poe.

She was preceded in death by her parents and nieces, Isabelle Brooking and Olivia Brooking

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 with Pastor Terry Dowell officiating. Burial will follow at Worthington Cemetery in Worthington.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service.

Per State of Indiana requirements, mask must be worn, social distancing will be practiced and only fifty (50) people will be allowed in the facility at any one time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
