Teddy Gail Meadows, 70, of Heltonville, passed away at 5:35 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington. Born January 17, 1951 in Bedford, he was the son of Theodore and Cleo (Faubion) Meadows.
