Sandra L. Lynch, age 75, of Linton, passed away peacefully at 6:25 P.M. on Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. She was born in Heltonville, IN on February 24, 1945, the daughter of Grote & Fern (Helton) Todd.

Sandra was a 1963 graduate of Heltonville High School. She married Herbert W. Lynch August 11, 1967.  She worked at Keller Chair Factory and Walmart, mostly spending her life as a homemaker, raising four children.  

She is a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church in Linton and Delta Theta Tau. She enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, playing Euchre with her children, reading, watching old westerns, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, her four children, Rocky Lynch, Troy (Tammy) Lynch, Lynn (Rick) Brinson, all of Linton, and Janelle (Bud) Russell of Jasonville, seven grandchildren, Richard (Amanda) Brinson, Karen Brinson Reed, Jennifer (Jeremy) Neill, Jill Godsey Copp, Logan Lynch, Jessica (Matt) Davis, and Kate Russell, thirteen great-grandchildren, two sisters, Brenda (Larry) Norman and Lydia Hooker, a brother, David (Jerri) Todd, brother-in-law, Randy (Anne) Lynch, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents, 3 sisters, and five brothers.

Visitation will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Saturday, June 20, 2020, from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service at 4:00 P.M., Pastor Dan Kemp officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Linton Food Pantry through the funeral home.
