Sally Lynn (Waskom) Neill 77, of Bloomfield, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at her residence. Born April 2, 1941 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Charles and Dorothy (Johnson) Waskom.

She was a homemaker and retired Trustee for Highland Township.

Surviving relatives include: one son, David Gene Neill (Tammy) of Bloomfield; one daughter, Carol Lynn Neill-Jones (Steve) of Bloomfield; Grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Flores (Gene), Jeremy David Neill (Jennifer), Christina Brooke Waller (Adam); her great grandchildren, Avery Brian Frederick, Drake Alexander Frederick, Makayla Nicole Sexton, Luke Thomas Sheridan, Aliah Lynette Neill, Leilani Lynn Flores and Eleanor Grace Waller; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Gene Neill on February 9, 2014, two brothers, Jim and Larry Waskom, two sisters, Nancy Snooks and Rita Nowling and her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Concord General Baptist Church in Bloomfield, with Rev. Steve Baker and Rev. Craig Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Calvertville cemetery in rural Bloomfield.

Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and 1 hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Calvertville Cemetery.
