Roy Delbert "Deb" Sherrow, 79, of Worthington, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the Owen Valley Health Care Facility in Spencer, Indiana.  Deb was born in Worthington, on July 12, 1940, to Delbert Sherrow and Mable Ruth (Wakefield) Sherrow. 

He graduated from Worthington High School.  Deb retired from G.E. in Bloomington and was a certified welder.  He is now reunited with his love, Yvonne Faye (Stallings) Sherrow.  Deb enjoyed tending to his yard and playing his guitar.

Deb is survived by his children,  Rhonda and husband Doug Dyer, Linda and husband Jeffrey Helms, Jon and wife Sandy Sherrow, grandchildren, Chad Dyer, Letha Dyer-Sobkoviak, Adam Pearson, Katy Pearson, Michael Sherrow, Christopher Sherrow, great-grandchildren, Olivia, Grant, Conner, Ayella, brothers, Gary Sherrow, Donald Sherrow, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and adopted son Bret Sherrow.

Deb was preceded in death by his parents, wife, siblings, Judith Sherrow and Bruce Kannell.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2020 at the Pleasant Bethel Cemetery in Worthington.  Pastor Larry Dyer will officiate.

Visitation will be 12:30 PM until the time of service at the cemetery.
