Rosemary Green, age 99, of Linton, formerly Worthington, passed away peacefully at 11:00 pm on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at Glenburn Home. She was born in Greene County, IN on October 26, 1920, the daughter of Leonard Green & Gladys (Hill) Green.

Rosemary was a member of Lincoln Christian Church.  She loved to embroider, do puzzle books, dance, and loved animals. She enjoyed cutting out pictures in magazines and placing them in scrapbooks.  She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Rosemary is survived by her sister, Dorothy Welsh of Terre Haute, sisters-in-law, Mary Ruth Green of Jasonville, Doris Green of Newburgh, and Phyllis Green of Worthington, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents, three brothers, Chauncy Green, Bernard Green, and Vernal "Bud" Green, a sister, Thelma Green, one infant sister, and one infant brother.

Private family graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. at Bohley Cemetery in Linton, with Shawn Green officiating.  Private family visitation will be held prior to the service.  

Memorial contributions may be made to Greene County Humane Society through the funeral home.
