Roberta Ann "Robbie" Criss, age 57, of Cloverdale, formerly of Linton, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Putnam County Hospital. She was born in Linton on September 22, 1966, the daughter of Jack Robert and JoAnna Mae (Glenn) Smith.

Robbie formerly worked at Shakamak State Park. She enjoyed training dogs, camping, flowers and her family.

She is survived by her two brothers, Jack "JC" Smith and Michael Ray Smith; a sister, Elizabeth Sparks; best friend, Tona Evans; nephew and niece, Leighton and Savannah Alsman; and her special dogs, Bo and Blake.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Ronda Elaine Simmons and Pamela Payton.

Funeral service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home at 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM until the time of service.
