Robert Page, age 76, of Linton, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 23, 2019, at his residence. He was born in Marco, IN on June 3, 1943, the son of James H. & Verna Jean (Coker) Page.

Robert was a graduate of Colorado Springs High School. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from there after 22 1/2 years. He was an underwater sonar technician with the Navy. He was a member of the Providence Baptist Church and of the Scottish Rite of Norfolk, VA. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and he and Ruthie loved riding together and they also enjoyed a trip to Israel together.

He is survived by his son, James Warren Page of PA; grandson, Gabriel Page of PA; cousins, Lester (Terry) Faidherbe of FL, Sandra Sue (Larry) Dayhoff of Lyons, Mr. & Mrs. Terry Coker of Bloomfield, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Mead of Indianapolis, Jim Mead of Indianapolis and Mr. & Mrs. John Mead of Indianapolis; uncle, Pete Coker of Bicknell

Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Ruthie (Brock) Page and his parents.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Friday, September 27, 2019. Burial will follow at Olive Branch Baptist Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 4-7 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
