Robert E. Patton, 76, of Bloomfield, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. Born August 2, 1946 in Bloomington, he was the son of Robert Wayne and Geraldine (Johnson) Patton.

Robert worked for General Electric.

Surviving relatives include: Three sisters, Sharon K. Dunn of Bedford, Patricia Kimmel and Sheila Hawkins both of Bloomington; his stepchildren, Sherri Moore (Billy), Donnie Cobb (Dana) and Tracy Cobb (Lacey Bough); eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Orvada Patton on October 28, 2016 and his parents.

There will be no public visitation or Services. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
