Raymond Leroy Saude

Raymond Leroy Saude, 81, of Worthington, IN passed away at 3:45 A.M. Thursday, August 6,, 2020 in Glenburn Home in Linton, IN. He was born March 25, 1939 in Greene County, IN to Louis Saude and  Addella (Trout) Saude.

Survivors include his children, James “Jimmy” Leroy Saude of Shelburn, IN, Jerry Saude of Worthington, IN, Jeff Saude of Jasonville, IN, Lori Miller of Oaktown, IN; step-children, Johnny Buffington of Patricksburg, IN, Mark Buffington of Seymour, IN, Mike Meredith of Linton, IN; grandchildren–6; step-grandchildren—12; great-grandchildren–10; uncle, Roy Trout of Morgan Town, IN; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2-sons, Robert Lee Saude, George Edward Saude, grandson, Robert Joseph Saude, sister, Corine Criss.

Worked as an EMT for the Greene County Ambulance Service for 21 years, Dodd Sawmill for 14 years and Walmart as a greeter and in the produce department. Leroy had also been the Dugger Town Marshall for a while.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 5 to 8 P.M. Sunday and  9 A.M. until service time Monday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 1 P.M.    Monday, August 10, 2020 with Pastor Darren Sluder officiating.

Interment will be at Peavey Cemetery in Howesville, IN.
