Morris "Allan" Corns

Morris “Allan” Corns, 58, of Worthington, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Allan was born in Linton on November 15, 1962 to Vernon Paul Corns and Bonnie Joann (Hadley) Corns.

Allan served his country proudly in the United States Army. He worked for Pioneer in Worthington and belonged to the Faithway Bible Church. Allan enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Allan is survived by his daughters, Amanda Dunn (Thomas Woodyard), Rosalie Bowman, sons, Kevin Corns, Chris Corns, sister, Teresa (Kevin) Siders, brother, John Corns, grandchildren, Xadyn, Miyah, Jakobie, Jacob, Janie, Jackson, Alysah, Alex, Lucey Corns, Carver Corns, Abi Corns, four additional grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Misty (Levi) Weaver, Heather VanHorn, Ryan VanHorn, several great-nieces and nephews, his loving companion, Janie Arthur and caretaker, Julie Bowser.

Allan was preceded in death by his parents, step father, Mike “Olan” Hadley, sister, Barbara Ellen Baker, one grandson, Kitrick Dunn, and one granddaughter, Jaimie Bowman.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM, Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, 23 South Jefferson Street, Worthington. Pastor Tracy Hamilton will officiate.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM until the time of service on Friday, at the funeral home.

Due to the State of Indiana Covid 19 restrictions, social distancing will be practiced, fifty (50) people will be allowed in the funeral home at one time and face mask must be worn to enter.
