Michelle R. Criss, 53, of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Gibson Hospice Center in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was born on July 2, 1969 in Linton to Michael Ray and Roxanne Marie (Trotter) Cunningham.

Michelle was a member of the Worthington Assembly of God. She was a Registered Nurse, working critical care during the Pandemic and later was a traveling PRN. Michelle enjoyed the beach, spending time with her family, crocheting and attending concerts.

Family left to cherish the memory of Michelle include: two sons, Blake (Fuschia Vestal) Fowler and Tyler Criss, both of Linton; grandchildren, Violet and Ozzy; brother, Brandon Cunningham of Terre Haute; sister, Laura Cunningham Wolfe of Linton; niece, Zoe Wolfe; special friends, April Bland, Amy Craft and Amy Hollingsworth.

Michelle was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother, Kathy Cunningham.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Pastor Davy Dyer officiating.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
