Michael Robert Lewis

Michael Robert Lewis, age 42, of Worthington, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 15, 2018, at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was born in Newport News, VA on November 28, 1975, the son of Robert (Mercedes) Newton Lewis & Edna (Brian)(Baize) Garwood and they survive.

Michael was a graduate of Dugger Union  High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College. 

He is survived by his son, Colby Lewis of Worthington; brothers, Jody Lewis of Worthington and Robie Lewis who lives in the Philippines; sisters, CocoMae Lewis of Worthington and Jessee Lewis of Bloomfield; nephews, Michael Stremming and Zayden Deleau.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Stacey Stremming.

Graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Linton on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 2:00 pm with his brother, Jody Lewis, officiating.
