Mary R. Ashcraft, 87, of Owensburg passed away Wednesday September 11, 2019 at Stonecroft Health Campus in Bloomington. Born February 6, 1932 in Greene County, Indiana the daughter of Pete and Rosa (Cobb) Porter.

Mary worked at Sarkes Tarzian, RCA and Crane, she was a member of the Bloomfield American Legion, Crane VFW and the Eastern Star.

Surviving relatives include her daughter, Sandra K. (Lanny) Wilson, two grandchildren, Daniel W. (Amy) Wilson, Michael (Brenda) Wilson, her great grandchildren, Logan Wilson, AJ (Alisha) Bowers, Justin Lawrence Wilson, Maddison K. (Brent) Fielder, five great-great grandchildren, Jason Koontz, Rylon John Bowers, Nash Edward Wayne Fielder and Knox James Fielder.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Ashcraft, one son, Daniel Lee Ashcraft, Jr; step-father Medford Inman, sisters, Eva Moore and Agnes Crum.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and 9:30 A.M. Monday until the hour of service at the Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Kurt Moffitt officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Ridge Cemetery.
