Mark D. Kaiser, age 50, of Linton, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, December 23, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born in Terre Haute on November 4, 1968, the son of Richard D. & Lana (Brodie) Kaiser.

Mark was a 1987 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School and a 1991 graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Mechanical Technology.  Mark worked at Sony for several years, and as a Millwright through the Carpenters Local Union #133 of Terre Haute, for many years.
 
He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, F & AM Lodge #560, Sons of the American Legion, and the VFW Auxiliary, all of Linton.

Mark enjoyed being outdoors, sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mark is survived by his parents of Linton, one son, Koye B. (Joie Gadberry) Kaiser of Linton, two daughters, Marissa K. Kaiser and Kyann R. Kaiser, both of Linton, a sister, Tracie Shipwash of Linton, a nephew, Nate (Sarah) Martin, a niece, Mycah (Willie) Jack, and a great-nephew, Bennett.

Funeral service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 27, 2018.  

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 P.M., with a Masonic Service at 7:30 P.M., and Thursday from 9 A.M. until the time of service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greene County Disabled American Veterans, through the funeral home.
