Margaret Cook

Margaret M. Cook 88, of Bloomfield, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at her residence. Born May 14, 1930 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Dewey Leonard and Eva Minerva (Sizemore) Sparks. She was a homemaker and a member of Allen Chapel Methodist Church.

Surviving relatives include: her children, Ronald Cook (Nancy) and Linda Mattox both of Bloomfield; her grandchildren; Terri McGaffney of Franklin, Jennifer Stark (Joe) of Franklin, Maria Harrell (Joe) of Greenwood and Jessica Cook of Springville; one great granddaughter, Amelia Stark; her sister, Peggy Moore of Crawfordsville and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herschel William Cook on January 29, 2000, one son, Jerry Cook and her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Pastor Paul McHenry officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview cemetery in Bloomfield.

Public visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
