Lila June Rollins, 86, of Newberry passed away Friday May 1, 2020 at her residence. Born June 26, 1933 in Greene County, Indiana the daughter of Floyd and Pearl (Funkhauser) McDaniel.

Lila was a manager for Tupperware, she loved spending time with her family, camping and the smokey Mountains.

Surviving relatives include her children, Connie (Kevin) Keller of Newberry, Chris (Rhea) Rollins of Fairfield, Illinois; Mark (Denise) Rollins of Newberry, Ella Jane “Janie” Rollins of Greenwood, five grandchildren, Regina Rollins, and Jessica (Laramie) Owen both of Fairfield, Illinois; Andy (Sara) Rollins of Xenia, Illinois; Clay (Emalee) Rollins of Lyons, Conner Rollins of Newberry, her two siblings, Lois (Gene) Kersey of Anderson and Patsy Crabtree of Bloomfield. She has Eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Lila was preceded in death by her husband Harold Eugene Rollins on January 5, 2017; two brothers and two sisters.

There will be no public visitation.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday at Prairie Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Jim Cooper officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Chapel Cemetery. Public is invited to stay in their car’s if attending and social distancing will be required for the twenty-five at the graveside.

The family asked that any memorial donations be made to the Newberry United Methodist Church in Lila’s name to 501 Walnut Street, Newberry, Indiana 47449; or in care of Jenkins Funeral Home 421 S. Seminary Street Bloomfield, In. 474724.
