Larry Gene Lohr, 77, of Martinsville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on September 23, 1944 in Linton, Indiana, to Leroy E. and Margie E. (Fitzpatrick) Lohr.

Larry was a US Army veteran. He was a member of the Linton First Baptist Church and Linton American Legion Post #22. Larry was an assembly worker for Keller Aluminum and then Sunbeam, retiring with 33 years of service.

Family left to cherish the memory of Larry include: brother, David L. (Linda) Lohr of Florida and sister-in-law, Judy Lohr of Switz City.

Larry was preceded in death by: his parents; sister, Diana Lawless and brother, Richard A. ‘Rick’ Lohr.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Rev. David Tyra officiating. Larry will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton following military graveside rites by the Linton American Legion Post #22.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 Noon on Thursday at the funeral home.
