Larry Dean Martindale, 72, of Solsberry passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at the IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born June 29, 1951 in Linton, Indiana the son of Charles Herbert Martindale and Mildred Marie (Sparks) Martindale.

Larry was retired from Crane, he was a member of the Greene County Chapel Church, Solsberry Masonic Lodge, Solsberry SAL Post #450 and was a trustee of the Greene County Chapel Cemetery.

Surviving relatives include his wife of nearly 53 years, Marsha (Jones) Martindale, children, Kim Walls and husband Adam, Travis and wife Norma, Kyle and wife Pam,His grandchildren, Cody Vaughn, Alan and Lauren Martindale, brothers, Robert and wife Debbie, Stanley and wife Tamara.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 to 8 P.M. at the Greene County Chapel Church (4512 N. Greene County Line Road, Solsberry, Indiana 47459) and 1 P.M. Friday until the hour of service at the Church.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the Greene County Chapel Church with Rev. Rob Martindale and Pastor Jay Groves officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Chapel Cemetery.

The family wishes any memorial donations in Larry’s name be made to the Greene County Chapel Cemetery or the Greene County Chapel Church.
