KEVIN R. SAMM, 63, of Linton, IN passed away at 7:50 P.M. Tuesday, August 29, 2023 in home in Linton, IN.

He was born May 1, 1960 in Michigan City, IN to Everett Dean Samm and Wanda Darlene (Dugan) Samm.

Survivors include his children, Krystal Gonser (Ryan) of Linton, IN, Mastin Samm (Karie) of Linton, IN, Joshua Samm of Bloomfield, IN, Jacob Samm of Linton, IN; grandchildren, Aaliyah Samm, Gracelynn Samm, Ryan Gonser Jr., Christopher McGee Jr., Izaiah Samm, Zoey Samm; parents, Everett Samm (Wanda) of Farmersburg, IN; siblings, Jeff Samm (Tanna) of Midland, IN, Brad Samm of Coalmont, IN, Rhonda Hansen (Marty) of Sullivan, IN, David Samm of Farmersburg, IN; several nieces and nephews; special friends and caregivers, Jimmy and Tammy Bickel.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Curtis Samm.

Kevin worked at the Worthington Pork Plant for many years and later worked at the Merom Power Plant. He enjoyed fishing, hunting mushrooms and ginseng. He attended the Apostolic Church of Greene County.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. Monday, September 4, 2023 at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following at 1 P.M. with Pastor Michael Gouldsmith officiating.

Interment will be at Holder Cemetery in Carlisle, IN.
