Judith Ann Ainscough, 83, of Odon, Indiana, passed from this life, with family by her side, on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Jasper Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 30, 1940 in Linton, Indiana to Dewayne M. and Dorothy M. (Liddil) Boruff. Judy married Jerald Preston Ainscough on December 30, 1990.

Judy graduated from Odon High School in 1958. She went on to attend Vincennes University, St. Mary of the Woods College in Terre Haute, Ball State University in Muncie and then graduated with honors from Oakland City University. Judy retired from Crane Naval Base and was an active leader for Job’s Daughters. She loved spending time with her family, baking for her family and she was a great cook.

Family left to cherish the memories of Judy include: two daughters, Beth A. (Kenneth) Hinkle of Bloomfield and Julie K. (Danny) Miller of Springville; one son, Michael R. (Priscilla) Malone of Odon; grandsons, Kenny G. (Ashlie) Hinkle and Heath D. (Taylor) Hinkle, both of Bloomfield and Ethan M. (Jenna) Malone of Mississippi; granddaughter, Miriley R. Malone of Odon; great-grandchildren, Everly Hinkle, Ezra Hinkle and Houston Hinkle, all of Bloomfield and brother, Michael D. (Sue) Boruff of Bedford.

Judy was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Jerald Preston Ainscough; sisters, Debra K. Fleming and Rebecca Lagenour; grandparents, George and Alta (Dougherty) Liddil; and the father of her children, Rex Malone.

Graveside services to honor the life of Judy will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon with Bro. Darrell Wagler officiating.
