Howard Lee Campbell

Howard Lee Campbell, 89, of Bloomington passed away Sunday September 13, 2020 at Garden Villa in Bloomington. Born May 15, 1931 in Greene County, He was the son of Tinker and Ona (Frye) Campbell.

Howard retired from Otis Elevator; he was a member of the Solsberry United Methodist Church and avid IU fan. He served his country with the United States Army in the Korean War.

Howard is survived by his nieces and nephews, Beverly Reed, Barbara Gentry, Marilyn Smith, Mike Campbell, Steve Campbell Jim Campbell, Eileen Bond, Janice Fender, Bob Campbell, Raymond Campbell, David Campbell and several great and Great, Great nieces and nephews.

Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Siblings, Savannah Bough, George Campbell, Diamma Conder, Ralph Campbell, one niece, Brenda Bough and one nephew, Gary Campbell.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 16, 2020 at the Solsberry Cemetery with Rev. Matt Whitacre officiating.

Public visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Solsberry Cemetery.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Solsberry United Methodist Church.
