Geraldine Hogue

Geraldine Hogue, 52, of Switz City, Indiana passed away Monday January 2, 2023 at Greene County General Hospital. Born September 4, 1970 in Johnson County, Indiana the daughter of John Sizemore and Doris (Lamb) Colvin.

Geraldine was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother and maw-maw. Geraldine enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Geraldine loved watching Humming Birds and taking care of her flowers in the summertime. She loved going on adventures with loved ones. Geraldine enjoyed shopping. When it came to taking care of others, Geraldine put others before herself.

Surviving relatives include her husband Jeff Hogue, one daughter, Haley Hogue one son, Jeffrey Hogue Jr; two grandchildren Bryce and Ryder Petiniot; one brother, Bobby Sizemore, one sister, Martha Solliday, her mother Doris Colvin, and multiple niece’s and nephews.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her father John Sizemore, siblings John Edward Sizemore and Anna Sachtjen.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday and 11 A.M. Thursday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Jenkins Funeral home in Bloomfield with Pastor Archie Ellett officiating. Burial will follow at Switz City Cemetery.

Geraldine will be forever missed by family and friends but not forgotten.
