Fred Bloebaum III age 69 passed away November 25, 2021 at his home in Lyons Indiana. He was born to Fred Bloebaum Jr and Dorothy Marvel and raised in Knox County In.

In May 1969 Fred joined the Army and proudly served until May 1971. He had been a member of the Lyons American Legion Post 479 for over 10 years and was proud of his work as Commander and bar manager.

He was proceeded in death by his parents a sister Ellen and a brother Freddie Fred is survived by his step mother Sarah Keener Bloebaum, sisters; June, Donna, and Katherine, brothers; David, Charles and William.

Fred was the father of several children; sons Robert Stokeley of St. Francisville Illinois and Cory Payne of New Orleans, Louisiana. The others are unreachable at this time.

There will be a memorial service at the American Legion in Lyons on December 17, 2021 at 6:00 pm in the upstairs dining hall. Military Honors will be presented. Amanda Virseman is in charge of arrangements. There will burial service at a later date .
