Doris L. McRoberts Inman, 92, of Bloomfield, Indiana, peacefully passed away with family by her side, on Monday, December 14, 2020 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. She was born on August 4, 1928 in Daviess County, Indiana to James Henry and Agnes (Martin) McRoberts. Doris married Joseph Clinton Inman on January 1, 1947.

Doris was a member of the Odon Eastern Star and was a past member of the Quality Assurance Association, White River Valley Antique Association. She was a technical supervisor at Polaris Missile Facility, retiring in 1986.

Family left to cherish the memory of Doris include: two sons, John Clinton (Teresa) Inman and Michael J. (Sue Ellen) Inman; one daughter, Jennifer Jo Inman (Frank) Little; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Doris was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Joseph Inman; daughter, Margaret Inman and all of her siblings.

There will be a celebration of life planned at a later date.
