Donna J. Smith, 71, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday May 26, 2020 at her residence. Born October 20, 1948 in Greene County, Indiana the daughter of John J. and Leona Mae (Tolen) Ooley.

Donna was retired from Crane, she was a 1966 graduate of Bloomfield High School and a huge fan of Indiana University basketball, she enjoyed crocheting, reading, ceramics and gardening.

Surviving relatives include her husband Jerry Smith of Bloomfield, two sons, Jeremy Goad and Joshua (Rose) Smith all of Bloomington, one daughter, Jenna Smith of Bloomfield, one step-daughter, Katrina (Eric) Wise of Spencer, five grandchildren, Emily (Dylan) Byrd, Aaron Goad, Elyse Goad, Lilian Smith and Elinor Smith all of Bloomington, one brother, Dennis (Sandy) Ooley of Bloomington, two sister-in-laws, Sally Smith of Bedford, Carol (Donnie) Kirk of Seymour and several nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Elizabeth Anne Goad and her parents.

There will be no public visitation.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
