Donald "Donnie" Ray Stalcup, Sr., age 63, of Terre Haute, formerly of Worthington, passed away at 3:45 pm on Monday, May 3, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Linton on March 23, 1958, the son of Donald D. Stalcup & Norma Sue (Gray) Wilson.

He worked construction most of his life. He enjoyed working on cars, motorcycles and if you were to ask anyone about him they would say he was a fun guy to be around.

Donnie is survived by his parents; children, Donald Ray (Maranda) Stalcup, Jr. of Sullivan, Chastity Al Zayadi of North Dakota, Chad (Joan) Stalcup of Norfolk, VA, Desiree Whitfield of Linton and Stevie Stalcup of Bloomfield; 14 grandchildren; brothers, William Stalcup and Robert Stalcup; sisters, Lisa (Rod) Beatty and Vicki James.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rheannon Marie Stalcup and infant brother, Rex Stalcup.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington on Saturday, May 8, 2021 with Pastor Tommy Pearison officiating. Burial will follow at Worthington Cemetery in Worthington.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
