Diana Sue (Wright) Lavender

Diana Sue (Wright) Lavender, 75, of Bloomington passed away Sunday July 25, 2021 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. Born June 10, 1946 in Linton, Indiana the daughter of William “Bill” and Phyllis (Green) Wright.

Sue work as a secretary for several business, the last being a receptionist at a Dentist office.

Surviving relatives include her husband, Bill Lavender, one sister, Carol (Matt) Miller, a sister-in-law, Judy Boruff, mother-in-law, Bonnie Lavender, nieces and nephews, Regan Miller, Chad (Tobey) Boruff, Tim (Katy) Boruff, several great nieces and great nephews, cousin, Nancy (Norm) Sullivan and lifelong friend Betty Greene.

Preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Aunt Jean Resler and father-in-law Abe Lavender.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 P.M. on Thursday and 10 A.M. Friday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Judy Boruff officiating. Burial will follow at Clear Creek Cemetery in Bloomington.

The family would like any memorial donations in Diana Sue Lavender’s name be made to the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington or the Humane Society of Greene or Monroe County.
