Dennis W. Henico, Sr., age 69, of Linton, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at his residence.  He was born in Linton on August 27, 1948, the son of Henry & Thelma "Tippy" (Cox) Henico.

He was 1966 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School.  He worked for many years building power lines until becoming a truck driver in 1984.  He retired in 2013 from Republic Services.  

Dennis is survived by his wife of 41 years, Paula (Dale) Henico, his children, Dennis (Charity) Henico, Jr. of Jasonville, Angie (Kevin) Hardin of Bloomington, and Missy (Jeff) Stuppy of Linton, his grandchildren, Adrian, Amasa, Abigail, Ariel, Cheyenne, Rylee, Jaxson, Amoriah, Mitchell, Matthew, Kaitlin, Klay, Caleb (Erica), and Kaylee, and his brother, Greg Holder.

He was preceded by his parents, a brother, Jack Henico, and two sisters, Judy Weaver and Janet Taylor. 

Funeral service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, August 3, 2018, with Pastor Jeff Fulk officiating.  Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10 A.M. until the time of service.
