Deborah L McEnery, age 63, of Linton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Greene County General Hospital. She was born in Tennesse on July 2, 1955, the daughter of Dwight Hauser & Anita Jean (Loos) Hauser.

She was a veteran of the United States Army where she served as a Clerical Typist for the 56th Field Artillery.
Deb retired from the State Board of Equalization in California after 15 years. She also was the Senior Office Assistant to the Battalion Chief for 5 years at the National City Fire Department in California. She was a Rock Hound for 10 years and was Secretary for the San Diego Lapidary Society. 

Deb also worked part time as a Barista for Francio De Borga in Linton.

She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, William "Liam" McEnery of Linton; daughter Tanya Wheeler of Lake Stevens, WA; grandson, Jeffrey Rickard of Lake Stevens, WA and father, Dwight Hauser of Spencer.

Deb is preceded in death by her mother and her sister, Suzanne Hauser.

Private services will be observed by the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton.
