David Lee Rollins, 72, of Springville, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Kindred Hospital North in Indianapolis. Born September 9, 1949 in Linton, he was the son of Paris David Rollins and Betty K. (Craig) Young.

David retired from Otis Elevator after over 30 years as a Machinist. David loved playing golf, hunting and fishing and watching his grand and great grandchildren play sports.

Surviving relatives include: his wife, Yvette (Anderson) Rollins of Springville; his children, Tamey Korvela, Clint Rollins (Tina) and Chad Rollins (Tracy) all of Springville; six grandchildren, Kameron Korvela (Dainelle), Kole Korvela, Hunter Southern (Clayton), Gracie Rollins, Taylor Rollins and Ty Rollins; his step grandchildren, Dustin Siedl (Courtney), Angel Flanders and Ashley Flanders; eight great grandchildren, Colton Southern, Henley Southern, Hadley Southern, Kash Korvela, Layla Korvela, Braylen Korvela, Rosalie Korvela and Quinn Korvela.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Public visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Owensburg Cemetery.
