David Lee New, 71, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021. Born February 19, 1950 in Solsberry, he was the son of Elmer David and Lucille Flora (Knoy) New. He was born and raised in Greene County.

He is survived by his sister, Clara (New) Karl of Worthington.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

As per David's wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Interment will take place in Worthington Cemetery.

Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
