Daryl Wayne Glasscock

Daryl Wayne Glasscock, 71, of Bloomfield, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born March 28, 1953 in Mattoon, Illinois, he was the son of William Owen and Hollys E. (Dallas) Glasscock.

Daryl retired from the Indiana Railroad. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 196 in Bloomfield. He enjoyed sitting on his porch drinking a cold Budweiser and listening to classic country music with his dogs.

Surviving relatives include: three daughters, Codi Glasscock, Jessie Glasscock and Stephanie Graves; one brother, Ron Glasscock, Sr.; four grandchildren, Amaryah Graves, Ahlayna Shelton, Josie Shelton and Ashon Millington; and his long-term Companion, Terri Wilson.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Glen Glasscock, one grandchild, Cordae Love and his parents.

There will be no public visitation or Funeral Service. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
