Connie Lee Parola, 81, of Linton, IN passed away at her residence Monday, January 25, 2021. She was born in Linton, IN October 20, 1939 the daughter of Maurice Duffroy and Virginia Lechien Duffroy.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, also her husband, Emerson “Chick” Parola in 1995, and a sister, Monna Rose Mitchell.

            Survivors include  a son, Steve Parola of Linton, IN, three daughters, Cindy Mullis of Dugger, IN, Sandy Mejean of Pleasantville, IN, and Crystal Ely  (Mike) of Hastings, MN, eight grandchildren: Stephanie, Cameron, Kelley, Matt, Nick, Lacy, Keisha, and Sydney, six great grandchildren Conner, Bryson, Brayden, Jayden, Nolan, and Madison, a brother in-law Dale Mitchell of Brighton, MI, sister in-law Nancy Weddle (Leo) and an Aunt Henrietta Storms Allen (Bruce) of Linton, IN.

            Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, the family has chosen to have a private family service Friday, January 29, 2021 with Pastor Tim Ferree officiating. There will be no burial. Cremation has been chosen.
