Charles Alfred Stahl, Jr.
/Charles Alfred Stahl, Jr. 66, of Bloomfield passed away Wednesday August 8, 2018 at his residence. Born March 1, 1952 in Linton, Indiana the son of Charles Alfred Stahl, Sr. and Betty Tom (Thompson) Stahl.
Charlie was a farmer and Rollison’s farm manager for 43 years, he raised a wonderful family. Charlie was a 4H leader, Richland Taylor Township Volunteer Fireman for 25 years, board member of the Farm Bureau Inc., and the Bloomfield First Baptist Church.
Surviving relatives include his wife Judy Stahl, daughter Jennifer Jo “JJ” Stahl Thompson (Pete), one son, Travis Joe Stahl (Marie), daughter, Samantha Jo Stahl Groomer (Landon), his grandsons, Ray Stahl, Mason Stahl, Cole Thompson, Brixton Groomer, his granddaughters, Karlie Thompson and Sophy Groomer, two brothers, Donald Stahl and Robert Stahl, one sister, Emma Jane Stahl Dayhoff (Steve Hensley), his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Donald Sullivan, his in-laws, Larry Sullivan and Amanda Hasler Sullivan, Gary Sullivan and Carolyn Townsend Sullivan, Dennis Sullivan and Dawn Thomas Sullivan, Glen Sullivan and Terri Newcom Sullivan, also many loved nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and their spouses, and many loved family members and friends.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Friday August 10, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Bloomfield, and 10 A.M. on Saturday until the hour of service at the church.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Bloomfield First Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Brooks and John Bailey officiating.
In Lieu of Flowers the family wishes donations be made to the Bloomfield First Baptist Church Food Pantry in Charlie’s name.
