Chad A. Moody, 38, of Worthington, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 3, 2018 in Worthington. Chad was born on July 13, 1980, to Alan D. and Barbara J. (Musgrave) Moody.

Chad was a little league baseball coach in Worthington and loved to do anything outdoors, including: fishing, four-wheeling, camping, and hunting. Chad graduated from W.R.V. in 1998 where he was an outstanding basketball player.

Chad is survived by his paternal grandmother, Leona Moody, parents, wife, Jama (Taylor) Moody, brother, Chris (Angie) Moody of Worthington, nephew, Dylan Moody, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin & Betty Musgrave, Jolly Moody, and twin infant sisters.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, September 7, 2018 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Clay City, Indiana. Arrangements provided by the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington.
