Cathy LeeAnne Edwards, 64, passed away at her residence after a long battle with breast Cancer. Born November 14, 1955 in Linton, Indiana the daughter of Forrest and Patricia (Nichols) Edwards.

Cathy was a Real estate Broker at Homestead Reality in Bloomfield with her Aunt Kay Allen. She was a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Board of Realtors, Bloomington Board of Realtors, past president of the Greene County Board of Realtors. She loved camping, boating, spending time with friends and family and grilling at the Litehouse Lunch Box.

Surviving relatives include her mother, Patricia Edwards of Linton, sister, Tammy Cox of Newberry, three nephews, Bryan (Cheri) Cox of Lyons, Christopher (Bridgett) Edwards of Lyons, Eddie Cox of Newberry, two nieces, Nicole Stahl of Bloomfield, Rikki (Josh) LeDune of Dugger, and several great nieces and great nephews, brother by choice, K.J. Brown of Salem, Oregon; sisters by choice, Darla Lewis of Linton and Sherry Cohen of Bloomfield.

Cathy was preceded in death by her father Forrest Edwards, brother, Rick Edwards and brother-in-law Ed Cox.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. Saturday and 1 P.M. Sunday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral home in Lyons.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Lyons with Rev. Linda Snider officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery.

The family wishes any memorial donations be made to Riley Children’s Hospital in Cathy’s name.
