Carolyn Sue Moss, age 76, of Linton, passed away peacefully at 8:17 A.M. on Friday, May 6, 2022, at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. She was born in Linton on December 16, 1945, the daughter of Harold and Alma (Cook) Shouse.

Carolyn worked at several places through the years including with her brother, Terry, at TJ’s Pizza, later owning and operating it as CJ’s Pizza. Her greatest job was being a homemaker to her husband and children.

She was proud to be baptized two years ago at Linton First Christian Church. She enjoyed playing bingo and euchre, watching the Chicago Cubs play baseball, and was always happy to travel to the casino.

She is survived by her children, Jeff (Tammy) Suthard of Linton, Marty Moss of Nashville, TN, Lori (Forrest) Parker of LaVergne, TN, Marti House of Linton, Chad (Maryann) Moss of Linton, and Cassandra (Joshua) Gwaltney of Sandborn; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Phyllis Binkowski and Patty King, both of Sarasota, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Moss; daughter, Lisa Addison; and brother, Terry Shouse.

Visitation will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. until the time of funeral service at 7:00 P.M., with Rev. Dick Smith officiating.
