Carolyn Sue Bogard, age 73, of Sandborn, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at Greene County General. She was born in Greene County, IN on April 23, 1946, the daughter of Tharley & Bessie Cullison.

She was a graduate of Linton Stockton High School. She worked at the Greene County Daily World as delivery driver for many years. She loved spending time with her great grandchildren and going shopping.

Sue is survived by her grandson, Brandon Bennett of Sandborn; great grandchildren, Harley, Raylee and Lillith Bennett and several adopted grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Jim Bogard; daughter Julia Bennett; son-in-law, Tracy Bennett; adopted grandson, Richard House and great grandson, Brandon House.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Saturday, August 17, 2019. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
