Brenda Jean Jerrell, age 75, of Linton, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Linton, IN on May 11, 1948, the daughter of Ray & Gertrude (Dover) Graves.

She worked at RCA for several years then worked at Dairy Queen. She enjoyed volunteering for the Salvation Army and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading, camping and canning but what she loved most was being a mother.

She is survived by her children, John (Cheri) Jerrell of Linton, Jason Jerrell of Worthington, Aaron (Mary) Jerrell of Farmersburg and Ryan (Lenora Smith) Jerrell of Linton; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren ; several siblings; several nieces and nephews as well as her dog companion, Aleah.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry Jerrell; infant children, Steven Ray Jerrell, Sara Jean Jerrell; infant great granddaughter, Hannah; her siblings, Charles Graves, Marion Graves, Chester Graves, Bertha French, Wilma Weathers and Doloris Hook.

Private services will be observed by the family.
