Betty Lou (Roudebush) Spencer, 87, of Worthington, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Glenburn Nursing Home Facility in Linton.  Betty was born in Bloomfield, Indiana, on December 2, 1930, to Renos M. and Louise (English) Roudebush.  Betty belonged to the First Baptist Church in Worthington. 

Betty is survived by her husband of 61 years, Joseph Plato Spencer, children, Lynne Spencer of Worthington, Andy (Janell) Spencer of Worthington, grandchildren, Seth (Katie) Spencer, Luke Spencer, brother Charles (Sharon) Roudebush of Bloomfield, nieces, nephews, and caregiver, Kathryn Stinebaugh.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington.  Betty's nephew Kendal Spencer will officiate.  Burial will follow in Prairie Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 1, 2018 and again, 10:00 AM until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
